Bare type steel cement infilled raised floor is composed of panels, pedestals, an anti-vibration gasket and screws. The panel is placed on top of the pedestals with an anti-vibration gasket and then locked in place with the screws in the corner-lock holes. It is the new style building material. It is easy for install and maintance, removable, wires and cables can go through the bottom of the floor panel. It is also recycle and always used together with square carpets.

Steel Cementitious Raised Floor Description:

The standard cement infilled computer floors are used in this system. Instead of the tiles being laminated with a black conductive vinyl trim that serves as the edging, these panels have four holes drilled into each corner, where screws will secure the panels to the pedestals.

Understructure

Option1 Cross head pedestal & Border pedestal

Pedestal features three key pieces: an aluminum cross head, a solid steel rod, and a base plate. The cross head is fixed to a M18 or a M20 solid steel rod which is welded to the base plate, which is normally 100mm square. There are two options for securing the base plate to the sub-floor. One can either screw bolts into the sub-floor in the corner-holes provided or use adhesive. For greater height you can use a steel column in place of the solid steel rod. This allows for the option of raising your floor system to a higher than standard level. The steel column comes in a range of thickness and height (Thickness:1.2mm-2.5mm, Diameter 22mm-50mm) and provides greater load bearing capacity.

Finished Floor Height: 80mm - 1500mm. Each pedestal allows for approximately 15mm-25mm height adjustment.

Pedestal Coating: Galvanized or an Electrophoretic coating

Option2 Flat steel head pedestal with gasket

HPL/PVC Type Steel Perforated Panel System is composed of panels, pedestals, stringers and screws. 40% HPL/PVC Type Steel Perforated Raised Floor(SPP-40P)

Access flooring description:

Both the top steel sheet and PVC raised computer floor are punched with larger ventilation holes and then welded to the bottom grid structure. The panels are coated with epoxy powder after have been phosphorated to protect against corrosion.The perforated panel can be equipped with a damper which allows for air volume adjustment if necessary within the range of 0-40%. This panel system is compatible with the PVC type steel cement infilled panel system and is capable of providing rolling load capacity equal to that of the SCP Series FS1250 panel.

 

Damper:

Raised floor ventilation can be installed with the damper, and it will make the air flow volume from 0~25% adjustment.

Flat steel pedestal

The pedestal design utilizes a 75mm square head. The base plate is normally 100mm square and includes provision for the use of mechanical fixing to the sub-floor or adhesive. The pedestal head design allows for the use of bolt-on stringers if required. All components are free of electro-zinc, a potential source of zinc whiskers.

 

Pedestal Height:  80mm -1500mm. Each pedestal allows for approximately 15mm-25mm height adjustment.

Antistatic Air Flow Access Floor

HPL/PVC type steel air flow access floor system is composed of panels, pedestals, stringers and screws.

 

25% HPL/PVC type steel air flow access floor(SPP-25P)

30% HPL/PVC type steel air flow access floor(SPP-30P)

40% HPL/PVC type steel air flow access floor(SPP-40P)

Panel description:

The access floor panel is made of good quality cold-rolled steel sheet, which is punched, stretched, spot-welded, and coated with epoxy powder after having been phosphoreted. But the inside of the ventilation panel is empty and without foamed cement. Both top and bottom steel sheets and HPL/PVC tile are punched to form ventilation holes. Ventilation panel, blended with anti-static access panel, is used for the places where air flow is necessary under the floor.

Pedestal description:

Flat steel head pedestal: 75mm square head, 100mm square bottom plate

Pedestal height: 80mm~1500mm 15~25mm height adjustment

Pedestal structure: Galvanized or electrophoretic coating

 

Stringer description:

Standard: 21*32*570mm 21*32*580mm for 24’’*24’’ panel

 

Alternative: 21*32*1170mm 21*32*1190mm for 24’’*24’’ panel

 

Thickness: 1.0mm or 1.2mm

 

Stringer structure: Galvanized or electrophoretic coating

Applications:

Perforated panel, blended with cement infill panel is used for the places where air flow is necessary under the floor, such as electrical workshops, cleaning rooms and some special computer rooms.
